We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it’s packaging are returned to Monster Children within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.
If you have would like to exchange for a different size or color, please email email@example.com stating your order number and the exchange preference prior to returning the item. If you would like a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and brief explanation of refund required. A refund will be made when the goods are received by Monster Children in the original condition.
If goods are faulty, please email email@example.com stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will send you a Prepaid Postage bag to return the item in and once it has been received we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage, or send you a replacement if the stock is available.
Most orders will ship out within two days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Monster Children cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.
